Meeting in Lublin
On 16 of December in Lublin representatives of the Silesian universities met with the leadership of the Lublin University of Technology. P. Droździel, vice-rector of the Lublin University of Technology, R. Tomanek, rector of the Economic University of Katowice, B. Kos, vice-rector of this university, and A. Sładkowski, the coordinator for international relations at the Faculty of Transport of the Silesian University of Technology took part in the meeting at which the issues of cooperation between universities were discussed. These professors were met by the rector of the Lublin Technical University prof. P. Kacejiko. In addition, prof. A. Sładkowski met with the editor-in-chief of the scientific journal "Maintenance and Reliability" prof. D. Mazurkiewicz with whom the issues of editorial policy were discussed.
