The next conference in Oswiecim
On January 16, 2020, the Witold Pilecki University of Applied Sciences in Oświęcim organized the International Scientific Conference "Management and production engineering in the era of industry 4.0". The above university is a higher vocational school, which is important for the education of regional technical staff. Therefore, it is not surprising that the mentioned topic of the conference is important in the first place for a given region of Poland. The conference was co-organized by the State University of Mukachevo (Ukraine), University of Agriculture in Krakow and the Association of Engineers and Technicians of the Chemical Industry. In addition to the organizers, the conference was attended by professors and academic teachers from Krakow (AGH, Cracow University of Technology), from Bielsko-Biała (University of Bielsko-Biala) and industry representatives. At plenary session of the conference the introductory presentation entitled "International cooperation in the field of logistics education" was made by prof. Aleksander Sładkowski from the Silesian University of Technology.
